Project Title:

ML Enabled RISC-V based i-LoRa SOC for Forest Event Monitoring

Qualification Requirements:

Eligible Degrees:

  • M.Tech. / B.Tech. / M.Sc. in
    Electrical / Electronics / Communication / Instrumentation / Computer Science & Engineering

Preferred / Desirable:

  • M.Tech. (VLSI / Embedded Systems / Microelectronics / Electronics Systems / Communication Systems / CSE / Allied disciplines)

    • Minimum CPI 6.5 or 60% marks

    • Valid GATE Score (last 5 years)

OR

  • B.Tech / B.Sc(Engg.) / M.Sc. in eligible disciplines

    • Minimum CPI 7.5 or 70% marks

    • Valid GATE Score (last 5 years)

GATE Exemption:

  • Candidates with B.Tech degree with CPI ≥ 7.5 from IITs/CFTIs are exempted from GATE.

For Direct SRF Consideration:

  • M.Tech degree + minimum 2 years relevant experience, based on interview performance.

Age Limit:

  • 32 years for M.Tech candidates

  • 28 years for B.Tech / B.Sc(Engg.) / M.Sc. candidates
    (As on the date of advertisement)

Duration of the Post:

2 Years (as JRF)

Pay Scale:

  • JRF: ₹37,000 per month

  • SRF: ₹42,000 per month
