Research Position

Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Title of Project:
Design and Development of an Innovative Methodology for Advanced Assessment of Lubricating Oil Performance Based on Frequency Domain Spectroscopy for Marine Applications

Funding Agency:
Ministry of Port, Shipping and Waterways, Government of India

Essential Qualifications

  • B.Tech / B.E. in:

    • Electrical Engineering

    • High Voltage Engineering

    • Power Engineering

    • Instrumentation Engineering

    • Electronics Engineering

    • Mechanical Engineering

    • or equivalent branch

  • Master’s Degree in a relevant field from a reputed institution

  • Preference: Candidates with GATE Score

Desirable Qualifications

  • Excellent coding skills (preferably MATLAB or Python)

  • Familiarity with LabVIEW

  • Good understanding of signal processing

  • Strong academic and research background

Project Duration:

36 months

Stipend:

₹37,000 per month + 30% HRA (as per DST norms)
