Qualification

Project Associates

  • Postgraduate degree in Commerce / Accounting from a recognized university

  • Knowledge of Accounting and General Financial Rules (GFR) norms

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field (preferably in Government sector)

Project Assistants (Arts / Humanities)

  • Master’s degree in Art / Humanities or equivalent

  • Knowledge of English and Hindi (written and spoken)

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and online editing tools

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Project Assistants (Sanskrit / Philosophy / Hindi)

  • Master’s degree in Sanskrit / Philosophy / Hindi or equivalent

  • Good command of English and Hindi

  • Knowledge of MS Office and digital editing tools

Private Secretary to Regional Director

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Dogri, Kashmiri, or any scheduled language

Monthly Emoluments

  • Project Associates: ₹40,000 per month

  • Project Assistants: ₹30,000 per month

  • Private Secretary to Regional Director: ₹20,000 per month (Fixed)
