The Institute of Human Behaviour & Allied Sciences (IHBAS), an autonomous academic institute under the Government of NCT Delhi, specializing in brain-mind disorders, invites applications from eligible candidates for the following administrative position:

Position: Joint Director (Administration)

Number of Posts: 1
Pay Level: Level-13 (₹1,23,100 – ₹2,15,900) as per 7th CPC
Employment Type: Deputation Basis

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Current Position Requirement:

    • Officers holding analogous posts (similar rank) in administration.
      OR

    • Officers with minimum 5 years of regular service in Pay Matrix Level-12 (₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200 as per 6th CPC: PB-3 ₹15,600–39,100 + GP ₹7,600).
      OR

    • Officers with minimum 8 years of regular service in Pay Matrix Level-11 (₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700 as per 6th CPC: PB-3 ₹15,600–39,100 + GP ₹6,600).

  2. Employer:

    • Must be working in Central/State Governments or Govt. of NCT Delhi.

      IHBAS, Dilshad Garden, Delhi – 110095.

  2. Documents Required:

    • Prescribed application form (available at www.ihbas.delhi.gov.in).

    • Attested copies of ACRs/APARs for the last 5 years.

    • Vigilance Clearance/Integrity Certificate (original).

    • Bank Draft of ₹1,000/- (SC/ST/PWD candidates exempted) in favor of Director, IHBAS, Delhi.

  3. Last Date:

    • 05 August 2025 (hard copy submission deadline).

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee administrative operations, including finance, HR, and infrastructure.

  • Ensure compliance with government regulations (DoPT, GNCTD).

  • Liaise with health and education departments for policy implementation.

Selection Process

  • Screening of applications followed by an interview.

  • Deputation terms as per DoPT OM No.05/08/2009-Estt(Pay-II) dated 17.06.2010 and amendments.
