The Institute of Human Behaviour & Allied Sciences (IHBAS), an autonomous academic institute under the Government of NCT Delhi, specializing in brain-mind disorders, invites applications from eligible candidates for the following administrative position:
Position: Joint Director (Administration)
Number of Posts: 1
Pay Level: Level-13 (₹1,23,100 – ₹2,15,900) as per 7th CPC
Employment Type: Deputation Basis
Eligibility Criteria:

Officers holding analogous posts (similar rank) in administration.
OR -
Officers with minimum 5 years of regular service in Pay Matrix Level-12 (₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200 as per 6th CPC: PB-3 ₹15,600–39,100 + GP ₹7,600).
OR -
Officers with minimum 8 years of regular service in Pay Matrix Level-11 (₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700 as per 6th CPC: PB-3 ₹15,600–39,100 + GP ₹6,600).

Key Responsibilities
-
Oversee administrative operations, including finance, HR, and infrastructure.

Ensure compliance with government regulations (DoPT, GNCTD).

Liaise with health and education departments for policy implementation.
Selection Process
