The Institute of Infrastructure, Technology, Research And Management (IITRAM), Ahmedabad, an autonomous institution dedicated to excellence in education, research, and innovation, invites applications from highly qualified and experienced professionals for the following administrative positions:

1. Registrar

Number of Posts: 1
Pay Scale: As per 7th CPC Level-14 (₹1,44,200 – ₹2,18,200)
Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • A Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in administration/ academic governance, with at least 5 years at Deputy Registrar level or equivalent in a government/autonomous educational/research institution.

  • Strong leadership, financial, and legal acumen with expertise in statutory compliance (UGC, AICTE, etc.).

  • Proficiency in IT systems and modern administrative practices.

Desirable:

  • Ph.D. in any discipline.

  • Experience in handling audits, RTI, and legal matters.

2. Assistant Registrar

Number of Posts: 1
Pay Scale: As per 7th CPC Level-10 (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500)
Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • A Master’s degree with at least 55% marks.

  • Minimum 8 years of administrative experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role in universities/technical institutions.

  • Knowledge of academic regulations, examinations, and statutory bodies.

Desirable:

  • Experience in student affairs, procurement, or government liaison.

  3. Selection Process:

    • Shortlisted candidates will undergo a written test/interview.

    • No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.

  4. Age Limit (as of 31/07/2025):

    • Registrar: Max. 56 years.

    • Assistant Registrar: Max. 45 years.
