Exciting Career Opportunities in Medical Education and Administration

The upcoming JECRC Medical College, Hospital and Research Centre, a premier institution under JECRC University, Jaipur, is inviting dynamic, experienced, and highly qualified candidates to apply for the following leadership and technical positions. This new-age medical college and superspeciality hospital is being established with state-of-the-art facilities, innovation-driven infrastructure, and a mission to provide holistic medical education and healthcare services.

We are looking for passionate professionals who can contribute to building an institution of national importance. The following positions are currently open for recruitment:

1. Medical Superintendent

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • A recognized postgraduate medical degree from an accredited institution.

  • Minimum of 10 years of teaching experience as Professor or Associate Professor in the relevant department of a medical college/hospital.

  • At least 5 years of experience as Professor or equivalent administrative responsibility.

  • All qualifications and experience must comply with the latest NMC (National Medical Commission) norms.

Job Role:

  • Oversee and manage all medical, academic, and operational aspects of the hospital.

  • Ensure implementation of quality healthcare and academic processes.

  • Coordinate with departments to maintain clinical standards and discipline.

2. Bio-Medical Engineer

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering.

  • More than 15 years of experience in a reputed Medical College and Hospital.

  • Candidates with proven experience in the purchase and management of medical equipment at high levels will be given preference.

Job Role:

  • Manage installation, operation, and maintenance of all biomedical instruments.

  • Collaborate with hospital management for procurement and vendor coordination.

  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory norms, and calibration protocols.

3. Head Purchase

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or MBA/MHA (with specialization in Supply Chain Management, Hospital Management, or a relevant PG degree).

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in handling purchases in a large hospital or medical college.

  • Should have handled procurement of medical equipment, consumables, furniture, and medicines at a senior level.

  • Experience with vendor development and supply chain optimization is essential.

Job Role:

  • Oversee end-to-end procurement for hospital and college needs.

  • Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.

  • Maintain records, audit procurement processes, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
