Open Positions & Eligibility

1. Director

  • Role: Lead institutional strategy, accreditation, and academic excellence.

  • Requirements:

    • Proven administrative leadership in a reputed engineering college.

    • Track record of NAAC/NBA accreditation or similar achievements.

  • Salary: Up to ₹3 lakh/month.

2. Principal

  • Role: Oversee academic operations per AICTE/Anna University norms.

  • Requirements:

    • Ph.D. with 15+ years of teaching/research experience.

    • Prior experience as Principal/HOD in an AICTE-approved institution.

3. Faculty (Professor/Associate/Assistant Professor)

  • Departments:

    • Computer Science Engineering (CSE, AI/ML, Cyber Security)

    • Biomedical Engineering (BME)/EEE/ECE

    • Robotics & Automation, Food Technology, IT

  • Requirements:

    • Ph.D. (mandatory for Professor roles) or M.Tech/M.E. with NET/SET.

    • Industry/teaching experience preferred.

  • Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹1 lakh/month (based on experience).
