Job Title: Professor

Department: Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Qualification:

  • Essential: MBA (Master of Business Administration)

  • Desirable: Ph.D. in Management or related fields
    Job Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
    Salary: As per AICTE/UGC norms and institutional standards

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Teaching & Mentoring:

    • Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and workshops for MBA students.

    • Guide students in research projects, case studies, and industry-oriented assignments.

  2. Research & Publications:

    • Conduct high-quality research and publish papers in reputed journals.

    • Participate in conferences, workshops, and collaborative research initiatives.

  3. Curriculum Development:

    • Contribute to designing and updating the MBA curriculum to align with industry trends.

  4. Administrative Duties:

    • Assist in departmental activities, accreditation processes, and academic planning.

    • Mentor junior faculty and support student development programs.

  5. Industry Engagement:

    • Foster partnerships with corporate entities for internships, live projects, and placements.

Eligibility & Experience:

  • Candidates must possess a first-class MBA degree from a recognized university.

  • Ph.D. holders with teaching/research experience will be preferred.

  • Prior experience in academia, corporate training, or consultancy is advantageous.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and pedagogical skills are essential.
