Position: Research Associate

Department: Faculty of Business Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct literature reviews and data analysis (quantitative/qualitative) using tools like SPSS, R, Python, or NVivo.

  • Assist in research proposals, journal submissions, and case study development.

  • Support faculty in course delivery, grading, and student engagement.

  • Contribute to academic writing, presentations, and conference papers.

  • Help organize MDPs, workshops, and research conclaves.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Postgraduate degree (MBA/M.Com/MA/MSc) in Management, Commerce, Economics, Psychology, or allied fields from a reputed institution.

  • PhD aspirants/preparing candidates preferred.

  • Prior research/teaching assistant experience (desirable).

Technical Skills Required:

  • Research tools: SPSS, R, Stata, Excel, NVivo.

  • Referencing software: Zotero, Mendeley.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Moodle, Google Classroom.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong academic writing, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced academic environment.
