Position: Assistant Professor
Specialization: Undergraduate Programs – BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) & BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lectures to undergraduate students in the BBA and BCA programs.

  • Develop comprehensive course curricula, lesson plans, and learning materials in line with university norms.

  • Mentor, guide, and evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations.

  • Actively participate in departmental activities, including curriculum development, seminar organization, and committee work.

  • Contribute to the institution’s academic and research initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Educational Qualification & Experience:
The required educational qualifications, requisite experience, and pay scale for the position will be strictly as per the governing norms and guidelines stipulated by:

  • The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)

  • The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Government of Maharashtra

  • Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU)

Candidates are advised to ensure they meet the standard eligibility criteria for the post of Assistant Professor as defined by these bodies, which typically includes a Master’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade) in the relevant discipline and a qualified NET/SET/Ph.D. as applicable.
