Eligibility Criteria:
All positions require qualifications as per UGC Regulations 2018 with latest amendments:

For Assistant Professor:

  • Master’s degree with 55% marks in relevant discipline

  • NET/SET qualification mandatory (Ph.D. holders may be exempted as per UGC norms)

  • Strong academic background with research/publication record preferred

For Principal:

  • Ph.D. in relevant field

  • Minimum 15 years of teaching/research experience

  • Proven administrative capabilities in higher education

Pay Scale:
As per UGC 7th Pay Commission norms:

  • Assistant Professor: Academic Level 10 (₹57,700 – ₹1,82,400)

  • Principal: Higher Academic Level as per experience

  • Librarian: As per UGC scales
