Position Overview

Job Title: Training and Placement Officer (TPO)
Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain industry partnerships for campus placements.

• Organize training programs, workshops, and recruitment drives.

• Guide students in resume building, interview preparation, and career planning.

• Coordinate with faculty to align curriculum with industry demands.

• Manage placement records and employer relations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech or BBA/MBA (preferred).

• Experience: Proven track record in placements, corporate relations, or HR.

• Skills:

  • Excellent communication and networking abilities.

  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with Gujarat’s engineering industry landscape.
