Essential Qualifications:

  • M.E./M.Tech./M.Tech [R] in Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Electrical & Electronics/Electrical/Computer Science Engineering or similar with specialization in Electronics/Optical Communication/Microelectronics/Nanotechnology/Photonics/Optoelectronics/VLSI, with minimum 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA at both B.Tech./B.E. and M.E./M.Tech. levels.
    OR

  • B.E./B.Tech. in relevant fields with minimum 65% marks or 7.0 CGPA and valid GATE score.
    OR

  • M.Sc. in Electronics or similar with GATE/NET/GPAT and 65% marks or 7.0 CGPA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on 2D narrow bandgap materials and their applications in infrared photodetectors

  • Collaborate with the project team on experiments, data analysis, and documentation

  • Present research findings in reports and meetings
