Position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – 1 Post
Project Title: Enhanced Protection-enabled GaN based High Voltage Electronic Power Conditioner for Traveling Wave Tube Amplifiers for Aerospace Applications
Funding Agency: Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Bengaluru
Essential Qualifications:

Minimum 4-year Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree

Disciplines: Electrical, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or equivalent

Qualified in a national-level test such as GATE / CEED / JEST / UGC-NET / CSIR-NET (or Ph.D.)

Candidates with >8.0 CGPA from Ministry of Education funded Technical Institutions are exempted from national-level test requirements

Experience in Power Electronics Converter Design
Project Duration: 36 months (Opportunity to register for Ph.D. program at IIT Roorkee as per institute norms)
Stipend:

JRF: Rs. 37,000/month (1st & 2nd year)

SRF: Rs. 42,000/month (3rd year)
