Project Title:
Applying Floquet Oscillation to Topological Insulator for Infrared (IR) Detector and Focal Plane Array (FPA)

Department: Department of Physics

Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in Physics from a recognized Institute/University.

  • Hands-on experience in deposition techniques.

  • Specialization in Condensed Matter Physics/Electronics as a Special Paper or Major Elective in Postgraduate studies.

Pay Scale: ₹30,000/- per month + HRA (18%)
