We are seeking an accomplished academic leader with a proven track record to guide our institution as:

Job Title: Principal

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • A Ph.D. in Engineering from a recognized university.

  • A minimum of 15 years of combined experience in teaching, research, and academic administration.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a significant academic leadership role (e.g., Principal, Vice-Principal, Dean, Director).

  • The candidate must meet all the qualifications and experience criteria as stipulated by the AICTE norms for the post of Principal in an engineering college.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic academic and administrative leadership to the entire institution.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies, including AICTE and university affiliations.

  • Drive excellence in teaching, research, innovation, and industry collaboration.

  • Mentor faculty, promote professional development, and foster a culture of research.

  • Oversee curriculum development, accreditation processes (NBA, NAAC), and quality assurance.

  • Represent the institution to stakeholders, including students, parents, industry partners, and the wider community.
