Lady Physical Education Trainer
Job Description – Primary Objectives

Enable students and staff to understand the importance of physical fitness & sports.

Encourage routine physical activity for holistic well-being.
-
Monitor physical fitness and sports standards and take corrective measures as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities
-
Motivate and be a role model for students and staff in fitness and sports participation.
-
Plan, organize, and execute fitness routines, sports events, and field activities as per the academic calendar.

Evaluate student performance and maintain records of fitness progress.

Coordinate with Student Counsellor, Campus Doctor/Nurse, and Yoga Master for complete student wellness.

Select, train, coach, and officiate sports teams and events; escort teams to off-campus tournaments when required.

Maintain discipline during physical training and sports sessions.

Manage gym operations, maintain equipment, and ensure safety standards.

Conduct staff sports activities periodically.

Report injuries, behavioural issues, or health concerns to concerned authorities.
-
Ensure sports facilities and gym are well maintained and used as per rules.
Qualification
-
M.P.Ed. from a recognized university
Experience
-
1–2 years experience in an educational institution
