Montessori Curriculum is observed from age 2 to 9 followed by Cambridge curriculum at age 10 to 15.
Designation: Montessori Primary Teacher (for Children Aged 3 to 6)
Job Requirement:
- Committed to learn and execute the Montessori Philosophy of teaching and learning.
- Patience and excellent observational and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to teach groups of children of varying ages, needs and abilities.
- Ability to multitask, keep calm under pressure and treat everyone with love and respect.
- Modeling values of honesty, tolerance and kindness.
- Committed to deepening understanding of authentic Montessori practices and implementing the methods rigorously and precisely in the classroom.
- Create lesson plans, give appropriate lesson presentations, and establish a record keeping system to track children’s progress.
- Create learning materials that are customized to children’s needs.
- Ensure successful transition of students to the next academic level.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with parents enabling exchange of feedback
