1. Teaching Staff

Departments:

  • Engineering: CSE, ECE, EE, Civil, Architecture

  • Sciences: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics

  • Management & Commerce

  • Pharmacy, Law, Fashion Design, Journalism & Mass Communication

  • Agriculture & Basic Sciences

  • Sports (Preferably Female Candidates)

Positions:

  • Professor/Associate Professor (Min. 10–12 years of experience)

  • Assistant Professor (Freshers encouraged to apply)

  • Training & Placement Head

Eligibility:

  • As per UGC/AICTE norms.

  • Ph.D. preferred for senior roles; Master’s degree + NET/SET for Assistant Professors.

  • Candidates with research publications, patents, or startup/consultancy experience will be prioritized.

2. Non-Teaching Staff

Roles:

  • Administration Executives

  • HR & Supervisory Roles

Eligibility:

  • MBA with 3–4 years of experience (for HR/Admin roles).

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

For Teaching Staff:

  • Deliver lectures, mentor students, and develop curriculum.

  • Lead research projects, publish papers, and secure grants.

  • (For T&P Head) Facilitate industry collaborations, internships, and placements.

For Non-Teaching Staff:

  • Manage administrative workflows, HR operations, or campus services.

  • Support institutional accreditation and compliance.
