Madanapalle Institute of Technology and Science, founded in 1998, nestled in the scenic, serene surroundings of Madanapalle. The institution is strategically situated on an expansive 26.17-acre campus along the Madanapalle – Anantapur Highway (NH-205), near Angallu, approximately 10 kilometers from the town of Madanapalle.
MITS established the guidance of the Ratakonda Ranga Reddy Educational Academy, led by the late Sri. N. Krishna Kumar M.S. (U.S.A), who served as the President, alongside Dr. N. Vijaya Bhaskar Choudary, Ph.D., the Secretary & Correspondent of the Academy.

Qualification: Ph.D. in the appropriate discipline from a reputed university (with 1st class at B.E & M.E )
Experience: Post-Ph.D. with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Academia / Research /Industry
Salary: As per the revised AICTE VII pay scale, a minimum of 25 Lakhs per annum
Associate Professor
Qualification: Ph.D. in the appropriate discipline from a reputed university (with 1st class at B.E & M.E )
Experience: Post Ph.D with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Academia / Research /Industry
Salary: As per the revised AICTE VII pay scale, a minimum of 18 Lakhs per annum
Senior Assistant Professor
Qualification: Ph.D. in the appropriate discipline from a reputed university (with 1st class at B.E & M.E )
Experience: Post Ph.D with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Academia / Research /Industry
Salary: As per the revised AICTE VII pay scale, a minimum of 15 Lakhs per annum
Assistant Professor
Qualification: M.E /M.Tech in an appropriate discipline from a reputed university.
Experience: Post M.Tech with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Academia / Research /Industry
Salary: As per the revised AICTE VII pay scale , aminimum of 7.5L to 10L per annum
