Deciphering lung tumor–stroma crosstalk during tumor progression using intersectional genetics, spatial transcriptomics, and patient-derived 3D organoid models and the development of stroma-targeting therapy

Essential Qualifications

  • M.Sc. in any discipline of Life Sciences

  • Candidates with prior experience in:

    • Mammalian cell culture

    • RNA-Seq

    • Immunology

    • Animal handling

    • IF / IHC of tissues will be preferred

  • Candidates qualified with UGC-CSIR/NET/GATE/ICMR-JRF/DBT-BET and supported with fellowship are eligible to apply
