Organization Profile: The MDI society established its second campus in Murshidabad, West Bengal, in 2014 with the vision of imparting quality management education to students and fostering them to become the thought leaders of tomorrow. Four years after the laying of the foundation stone in October 2010, the then President of India, Hon’ble Late Shri Pranab Mukherjee, inaugurated the Institute infrastructure in August 2014. The occasion also saw the commencement of MDI’s flagship academic programme, the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), which is recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

Pay Details: 7th CPC Pay Matrix Level 10 (57,700- 98,200), Gross Pay: Rs. 1,45,760 p.m. at min. entry pay in pay level 10. CTC: Rs. 23 LPA

Minimum Qualification & Experience: 

• Ph.D. degree in the relevant field and first class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s (any discipline) or Master’s level in Business Administration / PGDM / M. Com. A minimum of two research papers in FT 50/ABDC A*, A or B Journals.
• Fresh Ph.D. candidates are also eligible for the Assistant Professor before award of Ph.D. degree provided they will
  complete the Ph.D. before joining, if selected.
