Mulshi Institute of Business Management (MIBM), Pune is a premier B-School offering a 2-year full-time AICTE and USBES approved PGDM program. MIBM is actively involved in research activities, including short-term Management and Executive Development programs, under the leadership of Prof. R.S. Ganapathy (Former Professor, IIM Ahmedabad) and Dr. Saroja Asthana (Former Scientist, NCL-CSIR Pune, and Founder Director of Mulshi Group of Institutes). The Institute and its Directors spearhead several research projects in management and engineering.

📌 Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct literature reviews

  • Collect and analyze data

  • Prepare materials for submission to granting agencies and foundations

  • Provide ready access to all experimental data for faculty researcher/supervisor

  • Manage and respond to project-related email

  • Supervise project team members

  • Attend project meetings and seminars

  • Summarize project results and prepare reports

  • Draft articles, reports, and presentations

  • Monitor the project budget

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by PI

📌 Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or Engineering from a reputed institute

  • Previous experience in research publication desirable

📌 Salary

  • Minimum ₹25,000 per month (negotiable based on qualifications & experience)
