Available Positions

The Centre of Excellence in Human-Centered Computing (IIIT-Delhi) is hiring for the following roles:

  1. UI/UX Designer – Product Strategy Unit

  2. Senior Product Consultant – Product Strategy Unit

  3. Full Stack Developer – Product Strategy Unit

Job Descriptions

1. UI/UX Designer – Product Strategy Unit

Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for digital products.

  • Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure seamless user experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields.

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.

2. Senior Product Consultant – Product Strategy Unit

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and market analysis.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to align product vision with business goals.

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and competitive research.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related fields.

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or consulting.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

3. Full Stack Developer – Product Strategy Unit

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks.

  • Work on both front-end (React, Angular) and back-end (Node.js, Python) technologies.

  • Ensure scalability, security, and performance optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, SQL, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).

  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
