Eligibility Criteria:

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Educational:

    • Master’s degree in Social Sciences/Environmental Science/Earth Science/Engineering/Disaster Management or allied subjects with 55% marks (or equivalent grade).

    • Ph.D. in the concerned or allied disciplines.

  2. Experience:

    • Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience in a reputed institution (post-Ph.D.).

    • Strong academic and research record (publications in peer-reviewed journals, policy papers, etc.).

Desirable:

  • Experience in disaster risk reduction, climate change adaptation, or related fields.

  • Contribution to national/international disaster management projects.
