Essential Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in relevant area of specialization.

  • B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering and M.Tech/M.E. in:

    • Construction Technology & Management (CTM)

    • Construction Engineering & Management (CEM)

    • Infrastructure Engineering & Management (IEM)

    • Project Management

Required Knowledge: Project Planning & Control, Contract Management, Construction Economics & Finance, Construction Automation, Construction Quality & Safety Management, and Software Tools including MSP, Primavera, and BIM tools.

Pay Scale:

  • ₹80,000/- per month (Consolidated)

Duration:

  • Initially 1 year, extendable up to 3 years based on performance.
