Qualification

Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

  • M.E/M.Tech/M.S in:

    • Electronics & Communication Engineering

    • Biomedical Engineering

    • Digital Signal Processing

    • Signal Processing or allied areas

  • Minimum 1st class in B.E/B.Tech & M.E/M.Tech

  • GATE/NET qualification mandatory

Research Associate I / II / III

  • Ph.D in:

    • Microelectronics & VLSI

    • Signal Processing
      OR

  • M.E/M.Tech with 3 years of research/teaching/design experience

  • At least one research paper in SCI/SCIE journal

Consolidated Remuneration

  • Junior Research Fellow: ₹38,000/- pm + HRA

  • Research Associate-I: ₹58,000/- pm + HRA

  • Research Associate-II: ₹61,000/- pm + HRA

  • Research Associate-III: ₹67,000/- pm + HRA
