Role Overview

As a Faculty member in Mathematics (IPE) at PAGE Junior College, Hyderabad, the selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality mathematics instruction, supporting student learning, and contributing to academic development initiatives. The role involves curriculum design, assessment, mentoring, and participation in faculty development and continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach Mathematics to Intermediate Public Examination (IPE) students

  • Develop and deliver structured and engaging mathematics curriculum

  • Assess and evaluate student performance through tests and assignments

  • Provide academic guidance and support to students

  • Participate in academic research and subject enrichment activities

  • Attend staff meetings and contribute to institutional planning

  • Support faculty development programs and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications Required

  • Strong knowledge of Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, and Statistics

  • Understanding of Physics concepts and their applications in mathematics

  • Experience in curriculum development for advanced mathematics courses

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor students

  • Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Mathematics / Applied Mathematics or a related field

  • Prior teaching experience is an added advantage
