Qualification:

  • UG: Any relevant degree

  • MBA: Relevant field

  • Ph.D.: Mandatory in Management or related field

Experience:

  • Assistant Professor: 0–5 years

  • Associate Professor: 8–12 years, with Anna University Guide ship and at least 5 Scopus-indexed publications

  • Professor: 10–15+ years, with Anna University Guide ship and at least 10 Scopus-indexed publications, proven track record in institution building

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching:

  • Classroom, tutorials, and lab sessions using innovative teaching methods

  • Direct projects, guide students in research and internships

  • Utilize software and tools for effective teaching

Mentoring:

  • Guide students on academic, research, and career development (national/international)

Department Activities:

  • Curriculum development and revision

  • Laboratory infrastructure development

  • Organizing workshops, conferences, and short-term programs

Research:

  • Prepare research proposals, secure funding, and execute projects efficiently

Administrative Work:

  • Participate in ACBSP/NIRF/NBA/ISO compliance and department/college governance

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Strong fundamentals and passion for teaching and research

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Good academic track record and enthusiasm for mentoring

  • Leadership experience in developing centers of excellence and contributing to institution building
