Qualification Requirements:

For Faculty Positions (Professor / Associate / Assistant Professor):

  • Postgraduate degree in Management with a Ph.D.

  • Proven research record with publications in Scopus-indexed / Q-ranked journals

  • Innovative teaching methodology, preferably with experience in AI-enabled learning

  • Industry or consultancy experience preferred

  • 8–10 years of teaching experience in reputed institutions

Candidate Profile:

  • UG/PG in the relevant discipline with strong academic credentials

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and academic leadership

  • Strong research orientation and publication record
