Qualification & Experience

Educational Qualifications:

  • UG: Any relevant degree

  • PG: MBA (Relevant Field)

  • Ph.D. in Management (Relevant Field) or related discipline from a recognized institution

Experience Required:

  • Assistant Professor: 0–5 years

  • Associate Professor: 8–12 years + Anna University Guide-ship + 5 Scopus-indexed publications

  • Professor: 10–15+ years + Anna University Guide-ship + 10 Scopus-indexed publications; proven ability in establishing Centres of Excellence & Institution building

Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching

  • Conduct classroom sessions, tutorials, and lab sessions using innovative teaching methods

  • Guide students for projects, research, and internships

  • Ability to use modern software/tools for effective teaching

2. Mentoring

  • Advise students on academic development, research projects, and career guidance (national & international opportunities)

3. Department Activities

  • Participate in curriculum development and revision

  • Contribute to continuous laboratory infrastructure development

  • Organize workshops, conferences, and short-term programs

4. Research

  • Prepare strong research proposals

  • Obtain research sponsorships from funding agencies

  • Execute research projects efficiently

5. Administrative Work

  • Contribute to ACBSP / NIRF / NBA / ISO

  • Participate in departmental and college governance
