Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

  • UG: Any relevant degree

  • MBA: Relevant field

  • Ph.D.: Management (Relevant specialization)

Experience:

  • Assistant Professor: 0 to 5 years

  • Associate Professor: 8 to 12 years + Anna University Guide-ship + minimum 5 Scopus Indexed Publications

  • Professor: 10 to 15+ years + Anna University Guide-ship + minimum 10 Scopus Indexed Publications + proven experience in establishing Centres of Excellence and Institutional Development

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Strong fundamentals and passion for teaching & research

  • Excellent written and oral communication

  • Ability to use digital tools and software for effective teaching

  • Good academic track record

  • Team player with commitment to institutional growth

Key Responsibilities

Teaching:

  • Conduct classroom sessions, tutorials, and lab-based learning using innovative teaching methods

  • Guide students in projects, internships, and research

  • Use modern tools and software for effective content delivery

Mentoring:

  • Advise students on academic development, research opportunities, and career planning

  • Support national/international study pathways

Departmental Activities:

  • Participate in curriculum design, development, and periodic revision

  • Contribute to ongoing laboratory/infrastructure enhancement

  • Organize workshops, conferences, and short-term programs

Research:

  • Develop strong research proposals

  • Apply for sponsored projects from funding agencies

  • Execute research activities efficiently and publish high-quality work

Administrative Work:

  • Participate in ACBSP / NIRF / NBA / ISO processes

  • Support departmental and institutional governance activities
