Qualifications & Experience:

Assistant Professor:

  • Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.

  • Must have cleared NET/SLET/SET (Ph.D. holders are exempt).

  • Experience: Not mandatory.

Associate Professor:

  • Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks and Ph.D. in the relevant subject.

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years in teaching/research at Assistant Professor level or equivalent.

  • Minimum 7 publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.

Professor:

  • Ph.D. in the concerned/relevant discipline.

  • Minimum 10 years of teaching/research experience, including guidance of doctoral candidates.

  • Minimum 10 publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.

  • Candidates from academia/industry with significant research contribution may also apply.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in obtaining research funding from government agencies.

  • Proven record in organizing international conferences, FDPs, and workshops.

  • Experience in NAAC/NBA accreditation processes.

  • Leadership skills to manage academic teams.

  • Ability to deliver a 15-minute presentation during the interview.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
