Position Title:

Non-Teaching Roles

• Drone Instructor

Employment Type: Contract

Educational Requirements:

• A graduate degree in any discipline with a minimum of 55% marks (/an equivalent grade on a point scale where applicable) from an Indian University / an equivalent qualification from a recognized foreign institution.
• The candidate must possess a certified Drone Pilot Instructor qualification with DGCA certification.
• A minimum of four years of experience in operating small & medium-sized drones at a reputable Remote Pilot Training Centre, with an exemplary performance record.
• Comprehensive knowledge of DGCA regulations, safety standards pertaining to drone operations.
• Exceptional communication & presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational, record-keeping skills, data management.
• Capability to work independently as well collaboratively within a team.
• A genuine passion for teaching & mentoring aspiring drone pilots.

Job Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience in creating training programs & instructional materials.
• Knowledge of drone maintenance, troubleshooting techniques.
• Preference will give to veterans from the Armed Forces

Pay Scale:

• Rs 75,000/- to Rs 1,00,000/- per month, based on the candidates’ profile.
