Organization Profile: Inspired by the ideals of Sardar Patel, the Gujarat Education Society established, in 1958, Sardar Patel Vidyalaya to meet the diverse educational needs of the Capital of independent India. The Gujarat Education Society which established the Vidyalaya manages the Vidyalaya through elected representatives in the Governing Body. The Governing Body lays down the direction, the policies and the guidelines for the Vidyalaya and monitors its performance on an on going basis. The President and the Hon. Secretary of the Society, as the Executive arms of the Society, are responsible for the overall control of the management of the Vidyalaya. The day-to-day academic and administrative management of the Vidyalaya is the responsibility of the Principal and the Manager.

NOTE:-
For PGT: Post Graduate in the required subject from a recognized University and B.Ed. from a recognized institution.
For TGT: Graduate/Post Graduate in subject from a recognized University and B.Ed. from a recognized institution, having a good command of English.

• Qualifications required as per CBSE by-laws and recruitment rules of the DOE.
• An experience of 3-5 years will be an added advantage.
• Candidates should have 55% and above in the academic record, excellent communication skills and proficiency in subjects relevant to the post
• Ability to connect with pupil and provide pastoral care.

For PRT: Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognized University and B.Ed./ B.El.Ed. from a recognized institution. Candidate must have a good command of Hindi as well as proficiency in teaching and ability to provide pastoral care.

For Nursery: Nursery trained from a recognized institution, having good command of Hindi and English and the ability to provide pastoral care.
