Role Overview

The Associate Tech Lead / Technical Lead will guide the technical team, ensure high-quality software development, and oversee successful project delivery. The role includes hands-on coding, architectural planning, team mentoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

Educational Qualification:

• B.E / B.Tech

• M.E / M.Tech

• M.C.A

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure applications.

• Oversee complete technical execution with adherence to coding standards.

• Mentor developers and junior engineers.

• Manage Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and development workflows.

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Conduct technical interviews and assist with hiring.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

• 0–10 years of hands-on software development experience.

• Expertise in Java / Python / .NET / Node.js / Angular / React (any relevant stack).

• Strong understanding of software architecture, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

• Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases, REST APIs, and integration services.

• Proficiency in Git, CI/CD, and DevOps workflows.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Knowledge of performance tuning, security best practices, and scalable system design.

• Certifications in cloud, AI, cybersecurity, or architecture (preferred, not mandatory).
