Eligible Departments: Computer Science & Engg (CSE), Electronics & Comm. Engg (ECE), Mechanical Engg (MECH), Electrical & Electronics Engg (EEE)

Essential Qualifications & Requirements:

  • As per AICTE & Anna University Norms: A Ph.D., a Master’s degree, and a Bachelor’s Degree with a First Class in all preceding degrees in the appropriate branch.

  • An exemplary and consistent record of high-quality research and publications.

  • For Vice Principal / R&D Director Roles: Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in leading and developing high-performing academic or R&D teams.

  • Strong experience in managing Grants & approvals from AICTE and other Government Funding Agencies.

  • For Coordinator roles, a minimum of 3 years of research, teaching, or development experience after M.E./M.Tech is required.

  • Candidates must possess strong leadership, communication, and managerial skills.

  • A strong dedication to teaching and a proven international publication record are essential.

  • Freshers with exceptional academic and research credentials are also encouraged to apply for appropriate roles.
