Essential Qualifications:

  • A Ph.D., Master’s degree, and Bachelor’s Degree with a First Class in all preceding degrees in the appropriate branch of Engineering/Science/Arts.

  • An exemplary and consistent academic record throughout.

Required Experience:

  • Assistant Professor: Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience. Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply.

  • Associate Professor: Minimum of 5 years of experience, of which 2 years must be post-Ph.D. experience.

  • Professor: Minimum of 10 years of experience, of which at least 5 years must be at the level of Associate Professor.

Specialization & Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Teaching English communication, technical writing, and soft skills to Diploma and B.Tech students.

  • Preparing comprehensive lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments.

  • Conducting Personality Development Program (PDP) sessions covering confidence building, grooming, and interview preparation.

  • Organizing and judging co-curricular activities like role-plays, debates, extempore, and public speaking sessions.

  • Supporting the Training & Placement department by grooming students for corporate interactions and placements.

  • Evaluating students’ progress and preparing detailed reports.

  • Supporting students in improving their overall language and professional skills.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal.

  • A passion for teaching and mentoring students.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in personality development training is highly desirable.
