Dehradun owes its name and history to the establishment of Sri Guru Ram Raiji’s “Dera” in 1676 in the region that is today known as Dehradun. Shri Guru Ram Rai Ji established his DERA in Doon Valley, which later became popular as DEHRA.

Qualification & Experience:
1. Principal/Dean: A person with administrative flair and possessing recognized postgraduate medical degree from a recognized institution with a minimum of ten years teaching experience as Professor/Associate Professor in a Medical College/Institution, out of which at least five years should be as Professor.
2. Medical Superintendent: A person with administrative flair and possessing recognized postgraduate medical degree from a recognized institution with a minimum of ten years teaching experience as Professor/Associate Professor, out of which at least five years should be as Professor.
NOTE: Salary is negotiable as per qualification and experience, however salary would not be any bar for the deserving candidate.
