Organization Profile: The Academy was founded in 1975 with a corpus endowment of Rs. 25 lakhs (Rs. 2.5 million) owing to the efforts of 250 Life members from diverse backgrounds who had a benevolent bent. The main objective of the Academy is to establish and run educational institutions offering education at all levels in the fields of general, technical & professional education. The Academy started its strategic mission of spreading education in Vijayawada in the Krishna District of Andhra Pradesh.
The establishment of Siddhartha Educational Institutions followed by the establishment of other educational institutions in the last 38 years transformed this city into one of the major educational centres. As India’s second-largest Railway Junction one of the biggest Agro Commodity Trading Centres and the commercial hub of the Krishna region, Vijayawada has become the third most important place in the state after Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam.
Designation:
EXECUTIVE ENGINEERS: Graduates in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of field experience in handling major construction works with adequate knowledge of structural designs and maintenance works.
ASSISTANT ENGINEERS: Graduates in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of field experience
WORKS SUPERVISORS: Fresh Graduates in Engineering or Polytechnic Diploma Holders have at least 3 years of field experience.
Salary: Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
