Job Opening: Aptitude Trainer

Department: Competitive Exam Coaching
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Location: Saidapet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging and effective classes on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Problem-Solving Techniques.

  • Deliver lessons in both English and Tamil for better student comprehension.

  • Prepare students for TNPSC, SSC, RRB, and Banking exams with structured teaching methodologies.

  • Develop study materials, practice tests, and mock exams to enhance learning.

  • Provide doubt-clearing sessions and personalized mentoring to students.

  • Stay updated with the latest exam patterns and syllabus changes.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

  • Any Graduate/Postgraduate with strong expertise in Aptitude & Reasoning.

  • Candidates who have appeared for TNPSC, SSC, RRB, or Banking exams will be preferred.

Experience:

  • Freshers (who have cleared/attempted competitive exams) are welcome.

  • Experienced trainers with a proven track record will be given preference.

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English.

  • Passion for teaching and ability to simplify complex concepts.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Candidates residing in Chennai or willing to relocate are preferred.

Job Timings & Salary:

Full-Time:

  • 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (6 days a week, one weekly off)

  • Salary: As per industry standards (negotiable based on experience).

Part-Time:

  • Flexible hours (suitable for working professionals/students).
