Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective lectures using innovative teaching methodologies

  • Guide student projects, mentor learners, and support academic progression

  • Contribute to curriculum development, academic planning, and departmental growth

  • Professors and Associate Professors to demonstrate strong research, publication, and consultancy track records

  • HoD candidates to lead departmental administration, curriculum initiatives, accreditation activities, and industry collaborations

  • Execute R&D and consultancy projects and present technical concepts through demonstration lectures (15-minute presentation)

  • Actively engage in institutional development and continuous professional growth

Eligibility Criteria

  • UG and PG with First Class in the relevant discipline

  • Ph.D. mandatory for Professor and Associate Professor positions

  • 0–10 years of teaching and/or research experience (as applicable to the role)

  • Administrative experience is mandatory for the HoD position
