Essential Qualifications:

Professor:

  • Ph.D. with First Class in Master’s Degree in relevant discipline

  • Minimum 10 SCI publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals

  • Minimum research score of 120

  • Successfully guided at least 2 doctoral candidates

  • 10–15 years teaching/research/industry experience, with at least 3 years equivalent to Associate Professor

  • Industry candidates: 10–15 years senior managerial experience in a large organization/MNC

Associate Professor:

  • Ph.D. with First Class in Master’s Degree

  • Minimum 7 SCI publications, research score of 75

  • Minimum 8 years teaching/research/industry experience (at least 3 years post-Ph.D.)

  • Industry candidates: 8 years senior managerial experience

Assistant Professor:

  • Ph.D. mandatory with minimum 55% in Master’s Degree in Business Management / Administration / relevant discipline

  • Minimum 2 SCI publications

  • Desirable: 2 years experience, presentation of at least 2 Ph.D.-based papers at recognized conferences

  • Published work may include books, research periodicals, Ph.D. guidance, consultancy projects, or patents
