Essential Qualifications

Professor

  • OR outstanding professional with Ph.D. & 10 years’ experience

Associate Professor

  • Ph.D. with good academic record

  • Minimum 8 years experience

  • 7 publications in recognized journals

  • Research score 75

Assistant Professor

  • Master’s with 55% marks

  • NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D. as per UGC norms

  • Exemptions as per UGC regulations 2009/2016

Salary (7th CPC Pay Levels)

  • Professor: Academic Level-14 – ₹1,44,200 to ₹2,18,200

  • Associate Professor: Level-13A – ₹1,31,400 to ₹2,17,100

  • Assistant Professor: Level-10 – ₹57,700 to ₹1,82,400
