• Minimum 10 years of teaching / research experience

• At least 5 years at Assistant Professor level or equivalent

• API Score of 400 as per UGC Regulation dated 11 July 2016

Candidates from Industry

• Minimum 10 years professional experience at managerial level equivalent to Assistant Professor / Reader level

• Experience in design, planning, innovation, research publications, patents, or technical books

Desirable

• Post-Ph.D. research publications

• Experience guiding PG / Ph.D. students or R&D projects

Associate Professor

Minimum Eligibility Criteria

• Ph.D. degree with First Class in relevant Engineering discipline

• Minimum 8 years teaching / research experience

• At least 3 years at Assistant Professor level

• API Score of 300 as per UGC Regulations

Candidates from Industry

• Minimum 8 years professional experience at Assistant Professor equivalent level

• Master’s degree with First Class in B.E. / M.E. in relevant Engineering discipline

• Professor: ₹1,44,200 – ₹2,18,200 (Academic Level 14)

• Assistant Professor: ₹57,700 – ₹1,82,400 (Academic Level 10)
