We are seeking an accomplished and visionary leader to provide strategic direction for our MBA program:

Job Title/Designation: MBA Director

About the Role:
This is a senior leadership position responsible for providing comprehensive academic and administrative leadership to the MBA institution. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and creative leader with a proven track record of excellence in management education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership for academic excellence, institutional growth, and innovation.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the program’s reputation and ranking.

  • Ensure strict compliance with AICTE, Anna University, and other regulatory bodies.

Essential Qualification and Experience (As per AICTE & Anna University Norms):

  • A Ph.D. in Management from a recognized university (regular mode) is mandatory.

  • A minimum of 15 years of combined experience in Teaching/Research/Industry.

  • At least 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role such as Professor/HOD/Director in an MBA institution.

  • Proven administrative capabilities and strong leadership in academic planning and execution.

  • A strong publication record with a minimum of 8 publications in reputed, peer-reviewed, and indexed (e.g., Scopus) journals.

  • Must have guided 2 Ph.D. scholars to completion or be currently guiding Ph.D. candidates.

  • Age should be below 55 years.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent communication and team management skills.

  • Proven ability to mentor and guide both faculty and students.

  • A passion for fostering innovation and entrepreneurial skills in students.
