Candidate Profile

  • Candidates nearing Ph.D. completion may also apply

  • Strong communication skills

  • Commitment toward academic responsibilities

  • Ability to communicate in Malayalam (added advantage)

Desirable Skills (Engineering Fields)

  • Experience in organizing international conferences, FDPs, workshops

  • Ability to lead teaching and non-teaching teams

  • Knowledge of NAAC, NBA, ISO documentation

  • Willingness to serve the institution for a minimum of 2 years

  • Subject proficiency; shortlisted candidates must present a 10-minute technical session

  • Collaborative team-working skills
