Eligibility Criteria

• Ph.D. (Regular): Master’s degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA).

• Direct Ph.D.: Exceptional candidates with a B.Tech./B.E. degree in relevant disciplines with outstanding academic record.

• Ph.D. (Deep Tech): Candidates with strong research interest in emerging domains such as AI, robotics, quantum computing, nanotechnology, renewable energy, and space technology.
