A. Assistant/Associate Professors

Disciplines:

Key Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: As per UGC norms (Ph.D./Master’s in relevant field).

• Experience:

  • Assistant Professor: 2+ years in teaching/industry.

  • Associate Professor: 6+ years (with research/creative practice).

• Skills: Proficiency in industry tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Typography).

• Preferred: Active creative practice, published research, or exhibitions.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in HR/Business/Design (MBA preferred).

• Organize recruitment drives and skill workshops.
