The Head of Department (HoD) will provide academic leadership, ensure teaching excellence, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance. The role includes curriculum design, faculty mentoring, research facilitation, and student career development, in alignment with AICTE/UGC norms and institutional goals.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience:

  • Ph.D. in Management / Business Administration / Computer Applications or a relevant discipline.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in higher education, including teaching and administrative roles.

  • Proven record of academic leadership, research, and publications.

  • Strong familiarity with regulatory frameworks, accreditation processes, and academic governance.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all academic activities of BBA & BCA departments.

  • Oversee curriculum design, revision, and continuous improvement.

  • Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment.

  • Supervise faculty recruitment, mentoring, and evaluation.

  • Plan and manage departmental resources and budgets.
